Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftspeople, resulting in each being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones may therefore vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is lost in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return it in exactly the same condition in which it was received (unworn) with the original packaging.No returns or exchanges for used products, No wear and tear guarantee; No guarantee for polish (ex: Gold polish or rose gold polish), but we will service it at a minimal cost.

No exchanges or Returns on International Orders 

In the case of International orders, exchanges will happen only when the customer travels to India. The time frame will be decided as per the situation.  International pickup facilities are unavailable.

We, at Zoi Silver , promise delivery of the product in its intact state.
If there is any damage to the product after use, i.e., wear and tear, it is not guaranteed. Products can be repaired on request, for which customer needs to bear the cost of repair and shipping (be it domestic or international)

IN CASE OF DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT (SHOULD BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY)

Refunds will only be made after we have received and approved the shipment.

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zoisilver.com, and we will book return pickup from your original address at the time of purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
